This was taken the day after the "comet" hit the sun. I feel that the comet hitting the sun was in fact Nibiru. The comet is far too big to be a comet and a planet 4 times the size of Jupiter would look like this and cause a part of the sun to fall off or explode. To save earth the ET's guided it into the sun. Thanks ET's.

So, take it very seriously and try to do something about it, if possible naturally: get a good rest regularly, remove toxins from your life (of any kind: food, environmental, even people), move/stretch/exercise regularly, even a little bit, breathe deeply as often as you can during the day.
Definitely watch what you put into your body: don’t overstimulate or overacidify your body with too much coffee, alcohol, pop drinks, smoking, drugs, meat, processed foods… too little proper food, nutrients, vitamins, minerals,water, antioxidants…
Visit a Chinese doctor, naturopath, nutritionist … have your thyroid checked. Howbout a spiritual psychotherapist?

@moningstone You might have Asperger Syndrome - can't break down the proteins derived from grains and dairy products and the resulting compound is a depressant - used to be suicidal at two different periods in my life and the depression was palpable as your's seems to be. When I changed my diet it took care of the depression and you might want to consider this might be your problem.
