You guys are so lucky that the zipper at your fair goes for six minutes because it goes both ways. The zipper at our fair only goes one way each operation and it's like 2 or 3 minutes long.
Can't beat a Zipper for having so much thrill in a small footprint. Haven't seen one since my last trip to Cypress Gardens. There was one in a Mall Parking lot off I-4 in Orlando.
Its been even longer since I've ridden one. I'm long overdue for another few rounds with The Zipper.
@Scioneer Believe it or not, I've never been on a Zipper ride. I've either been by myself or with friends or family who were too chicken to ride it and there's always been a minimum of two riders for the ride.
The ride in the video is very short compared to the ride that I'd like to really take. I live near the Florida State Fairgrounds. What I would like to do on this Zipper is to break my own record of riding one hour plus and attempt to ride it for four hours non-stop. If there is any connection to this ride that can accommodate me on my quest for four hours riding this, my e-mail is bdbell1940@yahoo.com. Hoping to hear from someone on this, as I'd really like to do this.

I was there last monday from about 5-9pm when the crowds where at their lightest. I only rode a few rides as the rides were between 4 and 6 tickets per ride. It didn't take long to spend $30 worth in tickets when it's a dollar per ticket :)
:o, this Zipper seems to go a bit faster than most go now a days and the cages don't seem so spaced out o_O.

Good God that ride went for the longest time. The one at my fair is like only 3 minutes. I probably would've puked around the 4 minute mark. Haha =)

How come this place is so empty? The rides you have filmed here have been pretty much empty!
