Windows has never had wallpaper management because the best desktop wall paper is a solid color, preferably black (the less needless radiation thrown out at you, the better). An overly busy wallpaper makes it impossible to read or discern icons at a glance, and makes it even harder to sort them. A person who wants to have a 'wallpaper experience' is a person you wants to stare at a pretty picture and never get a damn thing accomplished.  Seriously, wallpaper experience? Are you shitting me?

What's weird about it all is that my PC had ONLY the Windows 7 Enterprise 90 day trial, only with the watermark removed, and I thought that was a lot faster than the Vista Home Basic I used to be stuck with (it was faster), so then I partitioned the hard drive for another 15 GB, and installed Vista Home Premium, and it's actually FASTER than Windows 7.

Ya know in vista you can have dreamscene, which is just a video playing in a background, butyou can also get a fix for windows 7, and play videos in the background with sound. It's really neat, I have a fireplace running on my 7.

alright so he told me to save the picture as a theme then highlight that theme and go to desktop background and change it to center position and it should work... so i tried that but it still didn't work but maybe it'll work for you try it out and let me know =)

No i'm like you it wont change...the way he says it is the way you are suppose to do it. Mine only work if you go on the net right click a picture and set it as wallpaper that is centered. Then if u change theme, that theme is also centered. But the problem is when i play a game that requires full screen (let say WC3) It streches the wallpaper again and i cant put it back the conventional way, unless i do what i wrote earlier...

yea guys, I have been a Pc user for years, right up until Vista Came along. Then I jump over to Os X, and to be honest I really like it, not only will I have Snow Leopard on my mac I will also Have windows 7 ( Bootcamp ) I am very excited about the new changes that W7 will have. I am going to have two really great Os on my Macbook Pro. I do have to say one thing, after reading some of these post. Os X already had the wall papers that change in set intervals sorry W7.
