They'll even use realism as an argument to why he can't be in. If that's the case then they might as well complain about martial artists being able to take on gods and pyrokenetic masters or how Chris' bullets can hurt Hulk.

I mean it's an over the top fantasy crossover game. Logic and realism be damned here.

Actually, believe it or not, both Phoenix Wright and von Karma were supposed to be in Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. They unfortunately got cut (Couldn't figure out a way to satisfy both Japanese players and American players with their two different ways to say "OBJECTION!"), but now that Phoenix is in a fighting game, I think it won't be long before von Karma gets her debut. In other words, I wouldn't be surprised if she's included in the next update.

You can tell when you have a piece of the "right" evidence when the folder itself is a brighter color. Once you have all 3 pieces of evidence, input Down-Down-A (if memory serves me correctly) to switch to Interrogation Mode. Input Forward+B to hit the opponent with an "Objection"; if it hits an unblocked opponent, Phoenix Wright will switch to Turnabout Mode. :-)
