Actually, MapleSEA is Maple SouthEast Asia. And only Southeast Asia IDs can be used to create accounts. For Koreans, there is Korea MapleStory, Japan has Japan MapleStory and so on. Global is for those countries that don't have the MapleStory game yet but anyone can play.
