The Chords are easy! The verse is just C G AM F  C G E7 (or EM) F and the chorus is F C

Capo is 6 but you can play it on 4 as well, if its better for your voice. And wenn ortopilot switch from F to C he first do a little Hammer on with the3rd finger on the g string and then on a string while he is already in C. He do this just between the verse or so. Sounds harder as it is, I'm sure you'll figure it out!
