Yeah, I think both characters are about equal but it's still debatable about who would win overall.

it will be a great match up but in a hand to hand contest jason bourne would win. jack will fight him off as long as he can but in the end bourne would do it. and with the guns i think jason bourne also got the upper hand he just does not use guns as much as jack does but in the torture area jack wins hands down.

Jack Buaer is better with yelling, guns & brutal torture methods.

Bourne is great with cars, rarely uses guns & is superb at martial arts combat.

It's possibly a tie. Now, we just need Ethan Hunt (Mission:Impossible), Jame Bond 007, Rambo, John McClane (Die Hard) & even Chuck Norris!

Well, now this is a tough decision for me.

Chuck Norris is a pussy unless he has the slow-motion roundhouse kick.

Bourne doesn't even need a gun. Just a car and a can of Kung-Fu or basically anything around him like a pen or a rolled-up magazine.

Bauer resorts to torture & shouting when he runs out of guns, knifes or is tired to punching & kicking.

Rambo isn't that skilled without a knife or gun although he does know how to twists necks.

Daniel Craig/ Connery's version of Bond is amazing
