The unlocking file has been removed from the site in your link which is disappointing.

3. Run the mf626 flash updater described in this video tutorial but don't click "Download" just yet.
4. Go to C:\Program Files\Windows Service\newmf626\. Replace the files with the ones you copied to the desktop.
5. Click Download and wait til it's finished.
