When you're next to SWAT van head back to the bariers. Obviously you cannot pass through them. However, on the right hand corner, there is a looking like yellow (cardboard) wall. Try running to its left corner and just before you reach it lean to the left but it must be done quickly. You may think it's impossible even after trying but I assure you it is possible. Good luck.
