Alyx is not even supposed to be seen in the entire episode of Half Life/Half Life:Source/Black Mesa Source.
Alyx Vance is not a holographic assistance, she is the daughter of Eli Vance and member of the Half Life 2 resistance team/A.K.A. The Rebels.
