Im thinking about starting acro this year as im changing dancing schools. But im not sure as i am no were near as flexible as these girls. All i can do is: a bridge(crab), fall into bridge(crab), cartwheel, i can nearly do the splits, forward/backwards/shoulder rolls. Im worried that i wont be able to keep up with what they're doing. Do you have any tips on how to get flexible?what do you suggest?

@GemmaaGhee Stretch everyday!! Push a little more each day and it will increase your flexibilty and strength training, build up your abs! This will help you to control yourself, and you will need to build up your upper body strength. It will not happen over night, but if you are consistent you will see results......Good Luck!!
