I would have laughed if they'd travelled 'by map' to Elstree studios in the UK, (where they actually made The Muppet Show originally). And didn't Henson really, really resist advances by Disney before his death. I can't imagine he'd be too pleased to see this.

@newishness Actually, it was Jim Henson himself that tried to sell the Muppets to Disney (He loved the Disney Company and had wanted to sell the Muppets to them since the early 1980's). Jim wanted to sell them so that way he could work on new projects and experiment. Jim resisted advances about selling Sesame Street to Disney, NOT the Muppets (especially since he didn't own all the rights Sesame Street). You should really get your facts straight, no offense.

I just saw this movie, and I've got to say, it was amazing. I thought it was pretty hilarious that there were so many huge celebrities, but most of them had a couple of lines at best. It's understandable, though. I bet famous people were just lining up to work with the Muppets! I know I would be!
