What do you mean? This video was a Playstation emulator called PCSX and as you can hear it has sound.

but I heard from a lot people wich use emulators, you can' t emulate the sound :s
It depends on the emulator and the games. For instance in MAME (Arcade)emulator there are games that have no sound because of the game's copy protection... the emulator program cannot decode the sound. All Playstation emulators have sound BTW.

I use to own one an it is a great game. My favorite car was the Nissan Silvia S13 K's and Nissan Primera. Pure Classic.
