  • @PropitiousSoul haha - thanks bro...i've read that they isolate your upper pecks better than incline bp, so i would assume if you strengthen your upper pecks, your regular bench should go up

  • @j0540212 nice bro. im sure u could hit 410-420 with a lil bounce cuz it seems u control ur lifts alot more than hit stick it. cant wait to see u get over 4 tho bro. u been training hard just like me. i got 410 but spotter held on with 2 fingers so i didnt count it as a max lift. but more as an attempt.
