  • Beautiful simply i loved it +_+

  • Brotherhood is something that can't ever be truly broken. Even in times of war and conflict, at some point, it will come again. Brotherhood: it is the relationship shared by blood, emotions, events and soul. Unbreakable, unique, and powerful.

  • This is such a sweet song, made me cry though...T.T

  • Eh nice song, but I prefer the version sung by Rolf Harris.

  • This song reminds me to a similar historic situation. In World War I, the Kaiser of Germany, the Tsar of Russia, and the King of England were cousins. When the Kaiser and the King were young they would play together in the fields of France. The Tsar got into the mix by marriage.

  • I think Sora was more of an north stater, Because he would never support slavery and he did actually win his battles.

  • Love the sketches....great illustrations :)

  • do more of this time mate

  • Awwww

  • Amazing, absoloutly amazing. This is one of the best I have ever seen

  • His brother is a badass.

  • Superb as usual

  • one of the most respectful videos I've seen in a while.

  • I just stumbled on this randomly, I am glad I did. This is very good, and look no dislikes! :)

  • Superb just started singing this song to my grandson and was looking for the lyrics came across this which is awesome

  • This is so awesome. I cry every time I see it.

  • How I cry everytime I hear this song, brothers we are! North must love South and South must love North! We are akin to two little boys how went there seperate ways but now its time for us to become one again! Good jop mate keep it up!

  • Love the video but I wish that sora was union and not confederate

  • yaaay i'm the 100 person to like this

  • A war that never should have been fought.

    Slave owners and their stupidity.

It was the simple truth, slavery divided brothers and the war was destructive.

Don't believe, check the Comprise of 1850 and keep going back and the pieces fit.

Stars and Bars belong solely in museums and with re-enactment regiments, no where else.

  • @FLJBeliever1776

I am compelled to wright a resonce to this. I enjoy this video and love this guy's work. The Stars and Bars are a part of southern heritage and we peoudly fly it when we can. I still love the Stars and Stripes as we all do but the Stars and Bars has its lace in History and in our hearts and on our poles it will stay.

Those who do not like it well tough cookies.

I respect your opion as i do to all but i rsectfully disagree.

  • @animewerewolf84 I don't deny its importance, but I disagree with some states including it in their state flags. It is a symbol of division and continues to keep open a wound that should be closed. I can sympathize with many who felt that the central government would have been wielding too much power, but the banner itself was flown by armies that included heavily in slave owners and their kin and was heavily funded by these same people, taking honor away from the flag and making it feared.

  • @FLJBeliever1776 I must say i rather disagree with the flying of the flag on a state level but on a personal level I believe the Flag should be allowed as it is. Truth be told you are correct in the funding of the Army being funded by Slave Owning plantaion Owners. However the Fighting men were about 80% of non Slave Owners and in my home state of VA there were very few Slave Owners at all. Again I must say that I respect You and What you Believe my Yankee Brother. No my American Brother.

  • @animewerewolf84 Thank you and its that fact that makes that war even more bitter. Young men (and some women) dying for some morally corrupted group of people. Many honestly thought they were fighting and dying for justice, but it is sad that 1.1 million Americans were killed (600k) or wounded (500k) over something so wrong.

That's more than any other US fought War, including both World Wars combined.

  • @FLJBeliever1776 The wars weren't wrong in their eyes. So you say that The young men and women who died in believing in a cause were wrong? They believed that they were just. And the only reason you think a cause any cause is right is because that side won. I am proud that so many had the courage to face death because war wasn't sugarcoated like today. They knew they faced death and did so bravely.

  • @blackgoddess123 But with a gallantry that DIDN'T have a place on those battlefields. It got men killed for no reason. I also oppose the very concept of Slavery with every fiber of my being!

I do not and WILL NOT deny their courage. But the Southern 'Cause' and their fight for 'Independence' had been a terrible lie to get them to fight. I don't doubt many fought because they truly believe, but it was for the wrong reasons they WEREN'T TOLD about.

That's why it's so sad... They died for nothing.

  • @FLJBeliever1776 are you sure? I mean the impacts of war are greater than just normal change. Didn't the war make it easier for slavery to be removed in some way? What brings us together will keep us apart, but the other way will also count. The world recognised the freeing of slaves greater because people died for it. Had there been no war, how would we know if that didnt mean alot of more racism today? Just a thought :)

  • @jonasn5 The effects are stilling being felt and have not fully healed, because there were some who purposely kept those wounds open, the most iconic being the Ku Klux Klan. They were founded by a former Confederate general, who had more civilian blood on his sword (literally), than soldier's blood. They kept the wound open and though their power has been greatly diminished, a lot of people have died at their hands since their formation.

The effects will be felt for another fifty years at least.

  • It's times like this that I believe in past lives and that mine had historical military trauma. This song makes me break out in tears every time.

  • MP3 please!

    THX

  • This is really great, i love the choice if music you use in these!

  • its surprising how many civil wars cause such similar events, literally diving families and having members figuratively if not literally facing each other at opposite ends of a gun.

excent work all the same how ever.

  • that was rea good keep it up

  • that was a terrible time may we never forget

  • this shouldnt really make anyone sad because in essence humaity is always in war and people are always killing their fellow man its saddly not knew its been going on since the begining of time :(

  • Great work.

  • My Dad use to sing it too me when we wher kids i have never herd it in song only voice im verry surprised it,s even on her because my dad first herd it in england or ireland he was in the service then and now he lives in ohio. verry good job well done the makers of this video/song by the way i am 31

  • I didn't hear any indication that the one dies, merely that the one is injured. I also did not see clear indication that he survives, either. But, I would expect a song like this to state the death a bit more unambiguously. Oh yeah, and Arakis: Yarr! That be good work matey!

  • this would be uber cute with ed and al

  • So cute!! Until the dying part that became sad! But very good! U did it again!

  • Aw this is beautiful

  • may be the flash and the noise or it may be because i remember when we were two little boy's

  • when we were two little boy's long years did pass war came at last bravely they both marched away the cannon rowed loud and in that wild crowed wounded and dying jack lay then came a cry a rider dashed by out from the ranks of blue he galloped away to the soldier and graved and jack heard he's brother say do you think i could leave you dying when there's room on my horse for you clime up here and stop you're crying don't be scared I'll take care of you can't you see jack I'm all a trembly it

  • two little boys had two little toys each had a wooden horse gaily they played and ride every day

warriors both of course one little chap had a mishap broke off his horses head he weep for the toy then cried for joy when he heard his brother say do you think i could leave you crying when there's room on my horse for you clime up hear jack and stop your crying we'll mend up you're horse with glue when grow up we'll both be soldier and horses will not be toy and then perhaps we'll remember

  • simply amazing.

  • I'm surprised you don't get more views with your excellent work

  • I wonder why you didn't use Ed and Al ?

  • once again very good you have a natrual gift keep it up

  • Why would you fear anyone posting a negative reply?? The artwork is fantastic and matches the song content wonderfully. Kind of sad, tho. When one considers the idea behind the pictures. Civil war and whatnot.

  • Aww, that's sweet. Great video!

  • Aww, the ending was so sad... It never ceases to amaze me what you can do with your pictures to these songs.

  • I dont know why your so concerned that this would generate negative feed back.

    great vid!

  • Whoa! I swear! Your videos get better and better!

  • YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You be the best artist around these parts, bud. Ain't no mistakin' that.

  • Hey, I love that you did a civil war amv. I like how your work isn't just one historical era.

  • Whoops! I take back my last comment. This was the Civil War (I reread the description) not the Revolutionary War. They're on the north and south! Sorry. :)

  • That was wonderful! I've never heard this song before, but the setting fits perfectly with Sora and Riku! I loved it when Riku came to Sora's rescue, even though Sora was for the Americans and Riku was with the British. Great job!

  • Omg. Bravo! i seriously almost cried! I'm not kidding! I love the drawings! their really cool and have awsome shading. 5/5

  • Excellent.

  • Hmm. Never heard this version of the song before. I've only heard the Rolf Harris version.

  • As usually, you amazed me, keep up the good work! *thumbs up*

  • Ok I am sorry great work but this does not make much scence that they are on different sides

  • this happend more often than you'd think in the civil war. Family members who had different ideals might end up fighting each other, especially in the borderline states like Kentucky and Tennessee.

  • Another well done video! Loved the song and art! ^-^
