  • n my opinion Wolf has a much better body than Cutler...Don't get me wrong Cutler has a great physique but Wolf's body just looks more proportionate and defined to me.....There is something about Cutlers body that always seems a bit awkward to me. They are both beasts but I really think Wolf deserves the next Mr. Olympia title.

  • Yeah, pretty nice gym he has there. The gym I go to is a little nicer with more modern equipment but it doesn't look like Wolfe is missing out on any quality equipment at his gym.

  • The intensity of his training would put his heart rate around 170 - 175 lots of times, i.e. the high end of anaerobic body state and almost into VO2 max. I do not know how fit you are but maybe you should try it by get on a stationary bike trainer and cycle like mad until you heart rate reaches its 85% or higher, keep it there for a few minute and then see how hard you breath after that. Actually if you not fit enough you could pass out. So by all means this guy is very fit!

  • running out of breathe is common in high volume training or from a side affect of the steroid trenbolon idk but tren works good as hell

  • Because its hard for an heart that was made for a 180lb frame, do the work for a 280lb frame, its like putting a small undersized engine in a big car. Also his training is pretty intense and heavy.

  • think he deliberatley leaves out deadlifts as these thicken the waist, would ruin his extreme v-taper.

  • he did a coulple of sets of seated rowing on the cable machine. that is very good exercise to get depth as well

  • Yes but with the V-Handle for power, not the straight bar, and he doesn't do full ROM so he's missing out on more lower back work and rhomboid thickness.

  • Yes he needs to get off the machines and do some proper exercises. V-Handle Cable Rows are pretty good if done right like Arnold did them though.

  • Machines are an excellent complimentary to compound excercises, for really isolating and toning the muscle. I think he knows what he's doing...
