  • ... as dirty as searching Google Images with SafeSearch turned off

  • The LS1 is 5.7 ltr

    1UZ-FE is 4 ltr

So there is 1.7 ltr difference in size. ( About 100 ci )

I now have a Scania Truck Turbo on it, pulls 10's now.

Just installed a NEAL Powerglide behind the stock 1UZ, Aiming for high 9's.

  • @RushImports~ tuning fail @ 0:01 !

    Are u using a TPS??

  • DAYUM....sounds nice. What is the displacement on the Toyota motor though? There is a swapped LS1 240SX that runs here in Vegas but he's just NA. Still pulls 11's though which made me wonder if there was a big displacement gap.

  • that doesnt look like a Roots supercharger, it looks like an Autorotor

  • @impreziv

    Its a Twin Screw.

  • @RushImports oh i see, you said it previously had a Roots.

  • @impreziv

    My apologies.

I have had a Roots on it,

Now it has a Scania Turbo on it.

  • ill race u in my b18 bitch haha xD

  • @tomaspimentel

HAHAHHAHAHAH,, Better not, it now has a Scania Truck Turbo on it, does 11.1 ET's now ;)

  • @RushImports idk know man my straight pipe sounds more annoying. OH WAIT my ricer senses are tingling haha

  • honey im going to have summ beers wit the guys lol my kind of bar

  • god damn that thing must haul ass.

  • @czarandmaeve

    Yes it did mate,

But you gotta be in it now with the Scania Truck TURBO on it :)

    11.07 @ 129mph 1/4 ( 208kph )

  • is that a 1UZ?

  • @canadiangearhead80 Yes it is mate. Stock as a rock :-)

  • is that a roots blower you got on that?

  • sorry didnt read the description

  • @cturner93 Twin Screw 2.3 ltr.

It now has a Scania V8 14 ltr Turbo on it now

    ( Just done an 11.6 @ 120mph on 14.5 psi )

  • @RushImports

Was it a pest to fit or was it relitivly easy because a turbo runs off exhaust gases were as a supercharger is run of a belt from the crankshaft pulley, i would have thought that you would have to play about with the exhaust abit to fit a monster turbo like that on it. I could be wrong but i would of thought that you would have to put in alot of time to do this!

  • @cturner93

Naa, was ok to fit, you can see it on the Adaptronic youtube page.

I just flipped the stock exhaust manifold then welded my mate welded some steam pipe to it.

If you seen it, you would say * how does that work with 2 pipes going rearward * hahahaha

I just setup Antilag, so I can now get 5-6psi at 2,200 rpm under stall ready for launch :) Then run it upto 16 - 20 psi on the 60 foot.

  • @RushImports

dont mean to be nosey but roughly how much does anti lag system cost?

I have been told many times that anti lag rip the blades of the turbines in the turbo, it is used on rally cars, you can hear it when they let off the throttle. They have to replace the turbos after every rally simply because the anti lag has ripped the blades to bits.

  • toyota v8?.... the 4litre??

  • Toyota 1uz with a kenne bell twin screw....Now that's badass

  • how much to skylines go for there. i wouldnt mind tryin to get one from there when i have the money

  • Depending on the model , they can be rather cheap.

    Where are you located ?

  • @RushImports indiana. i really want to get eather a 98 supra turbo or a r34 skyline

  • Do a 1UZ V8 Supra with the T56 Camaro Trans, Turbo this and you will have a LOT of FUN :-)

Only way you could get a Skyline would be to import it to Canada under there 15 year rule, then sneak it down home :-)

  • @RushImports wat do u mean 15 year rule? and tht sounds alot of fun lol

  • Do a check on Canada's Import Regulations, you should find out from there.

  • @RushImports how much would it cost to import?

  • Unknown mate.

It wont be on a budget though.

  • @RushImports dan gmn. do u have mysapce or facebook

  • I have Facebook, but do not go on there very much.

  • @RushImports ok cann u send me ur facebook thing n a message and il look for ya

  • Neil Griffiths

  • @RushImports send me ur emial. it wont show u

  • where did you get that engine??

  • It is a Toyota / Lexus 1UZ-FE.

    Found in,

    SC400

    LS400

    Crown Variants

Another good option would be the Nissan VK56 from the USA :-)

  • @RushImports Nissan VK56? WAIT YOU MEAN THE MOTOR IN THE TITAN TRUCK NISSAN SELLS!!?

  • @Vert344 Yes Mate, it and the 3UR Tundra engines would make excellent transplants.

Put a VK56 into an Anfinity G35, Call it a 560Z or G56. hehe A Tremec T56 behind the engine in NA form would make a fun car to drive. :-)

  • @RushImports Hm.... I've thought about truck engine swaps but after serious thought I thought they wouldn't be able to fit in any car.

  • @Vert344 There not that large, I sussed em out while in the states and thought, yep, thats a winner :-)

I sussed out a V35 Skyline in Aus, and it will take the VK56 and the T56 Trans.

( Same car as the Infinity )

  • @RushImports Cool! Ya know I would love to see some of the American Car guy's faces when they lose to a All motor V8 Import. The first thing they'll probably think is its a Ford or Chevy engine and boy when you tell them its a JAPANESE V8 they would be stupified. XD

  • @Vert344 If you want to do it, email me and I will give you my ideas / advise on what way to approach this project.

It will be an absolute stump puller.

I have access to an ECU that will control the engine well.

You wanna do Drag or Track ?

Setting it for Drags will be way cheaper.

I can't see why the stock engine wont see 10's :-)

  • @RushImports Oh! Don't worry about it. Heheh..... To be honest I actually don't even have a car yet. I'm in my last year of High School with no job and no money......... seriously I only have like what.... 2 dollars in pennies. -_-

  • @Vert344 Thats ok mate, one day you'll get there :-)

If I am still around when ya do, let me know.

  • @RushImports Ya know I just thought about something. It would be totally awesome if someone put the Titan engine in like a 2007 to 2010 Nissan Maxima or Altima! Convert it to RWD and put a Supercharger or Turbo on it and you have one Bad ass Sleeper! XD I'm surprised no one has done any form of Swap with these cars yet.

  • @Vert344 To hard and expensive to make a FWD to RWD

  • is the engine internals all stock? do you use an intercooler on that beast for 17 psi??? . . . i just need some info because i plan to supercharge a 1uz fe engine. . .

    thanks anyways. . .

  • Engine is stock.

    No cooling at all.

    Pump gas. 98 RON

  • it sounds crazy...how much power does it produce now?

  • thats fucking sick man, i was just wondering what major work had to be done and how hard was it to get the 1uz into the silvia, looking to do the same operation into an s14 any help would be awesome

  • S14 / S15 will be just as similar.

Even in NA form it is great to drive.

At least with the S14 you will be able to run TWIN tailpipes, that would look sick :-)

  • Why a Toyota engine? I'm not really a fan of mixing brands, but what happened to the VH?

  • 1UZFE is SUCH a great engine, shits over anything Nissan has done of late.

  • Mixing brands... -_-

  • Because the VH is way to wide.

I plan to use a VK latter when I import some.

  • What's the angle on a VK?

  • VK56.

    All alloy wee8.

    Heaps more GRUNT.

  • I'm planning to do an R32 conversion, so which engine should I use? RB, VK, or VH? Money won't be an issue...

  • Be different...go VK.

Would be the only one in Aus :-)

    I would like to do one in a 350Z ( 560Z )

You WILL have to remake the sump.

  • I'm in America, but yeah, I should get a VK since they're newer and I won't have to worry about our shitty emissions laws...

  • Exzcellant.

They are only around $1,200 USD.

I would like to get the Adaptronic ECU running on one of these. But easier for you to start with using the stock ECU to get it all running.

I * think * the latter V6 Nissan manual trans * may * adapt upto this engine ( As the starter is in the V.)

  • I think I could get a 300zx trans adapter, but I think they're only for the VH, plus I could get a VH for half the price, but no aftermarket at all...

  • Noooo, spend the little extra.. gains will be greater in my opinion.

  • Yeah, I probably will... Money won't be an issue, that's why I'm also thinking of skipping straight to smuggling a Skyline into the country for authenticity...

  • You could use the Canadian 15 year rule to get one in complete. Then drive it on down.

Or, ship the car in a container with no engine, and then the engine in another container, then reassemble once there. This would be the way for a newer than 15yro Skyline.

  • Actually, the no engine way was my idea, but I think the EPA made a new law with that, like if it ever had an engine it counts as a motor vehicle, so I'd still be screwed. In the US it's a 25 year rule, but I kind of like these laws, since it makes the car even more mystical, that's why there's only about 100 some here. It makes it like a "unicorn", so I have one hell of a journey doing it...

  • What about the Canada way then ?

  • Maybe, but then I could only get a 94, and they are really expensive. I found in Japan, you can get a perfectly stock r33-34 for the equivalent of 5,000 usd, and I want something crazy fast, like their Wangan racers...

  • Have you looked at whats available in Australia ?

We have 1,000's of Skylines here, and a lot go pretty cheap.

I could help get one to the docks in Sydney for you.

Maybe even Brisbane, as I have a mate up there that would help.

While I was in LA the other week, I was talking to a worker in my mates shop in Monrovia and he told me that the R32 / 33 Skyline is worth a pretty penny there ( Just hard to rego in Cal ).

  • Maybe you could be my Australian contact then? I dunno, I'm open for ideas. I'm coming onto this money in a month or two. I said money WON'T be an issue, but not yet. So right now I have to make plans. How do you have so many hookups? I need more people like you on my side, I used to have a guy in Japan, but lost contact.

  • WOW,

I can't post web links to you on here.

Do a search on ebay Aust for Skylines.

Also look at my mates site Trojan Motorsports Canberra ( Do a search as I can't post link )

  • What do you need to know about Aussie bits/cars? I'm pretty involved in the car scene.

  • I don't know much about Australian cars, what should I know?

  • my, my.

any more videos? that is a sweet sound.

  • nice job

  • Its from a Crown Majesta. * 1UZ-FE *

I made the Extractors and short exhaust system.

  • what toyota engine is that?, and what type of exhaust is that?, it sounds amazing!

  • 1UZ woot woot

  • what would be even more insane is a turbo v12 swap from a toyota century like top secret did but im sure that is heaps expensive

  • Naaa, the NEW Toyota / Lexus V8 :)

    V12's sound sorta funny..hahahah

    I wouldn't mind taking a Nissan 5.6ltr to its limits :)

  • ul need a new motor every 30,000 if ur goign with a v12. il need a new 1uzfe every 500,000

  • Everyone always talks about Japan/Germany being the best places on earth for tuners/ and sick cars....Hands down the best cars I've ever seen are from "down under"...Australia/New Zealand...

In my area (Boston,Ma,USA) if you are running around with an sr20 or b18c swap you are treated like import royalty...

This guy was like " Fcuk that mate! Me wants a toyota v8 with a lysholm supachargah!"

Thats what I'm talking about baby!!!

I'd like to shake your hand for this bastardized creation!!!!!!!

  • HAHHAHAHHA

    Well thanks mate.

Wait till you see it with a Pro Scoop on the hood. hahahahaha

It is currently stripped down ( Gunna paint it ) then run my new developed manifold on it and try 18 - 20psi boost with NO INTERCOOLER, but I will be tuning it on Martini Racing 1400 Race Fuel.

Engine and trans will remain STOCK :)

I plan to see exactly how far I can take a stock engine down the 1/4 mile. hehehe

  • there is a 240sx (180sx/200sx) with a redtop swap running 340 whp on stock internals in town it makes a 10. something or other in a 1/4 i would love to see more!

  • That would be great to see.

  • lol well said

  • do you have a write up about the setup, wiring, mounts, parts, etc. ???

    thanks mate

  • Only 2 runs at Sydney Drags last Wed.

    2 x 11.6 ET ( Track was as cold as )

Stock Auto Trans from a Toyota Crown Royal Saloon 1989 Model.

  • Hey very nice! is that with an auto or manual box

  • what engine?

  • 1UZ-FE Toyota V8 with unknown K's.

As its from a Crown Majesta.

Car run an 11.49 on the 23rd.

I go to WSID again on the 16-07-08 with a different diff ratio.

  • Hi Mate,

Hard to say amount, as I have a lot of the stuff at my workshop.

But I think I have spent about $10,000 odd.

I will be running it at WSID Drag Strip in Sydney on the 23rd May.

  • sick swap! mind if i ask how much you have spent on it??
