  • i used to do that with 40,000 volts and several million amps. you know the results just be very safe.

  • 400 volts is not that much, but it is still very dangerous. As it has been said before, this is not a transformer so it isn't true high voltage, just a set of capacitors.

  • poor pop can i don't want to be there

  • Coca- Cola Bottlers disliked this video!!!.... don't blame us people!!!!

Thumbs Up!!! for free gummy bears

  • The same thing that a normal electrode makes welder...nothing special

also that works with the 380 but is surer than this things done in the house!

  • porq no te metes ese palito en la punta de la verga

  • ur practically welding a hole in the can

  • dont play with this stuff on carpets it burns u know

  • @hyperdrew12 *sighs* now i have to buy a new carpet ... xD

  • dont play with fire and high voltage electricity cause eventually you will get burnt

  • DIE PEPSI DIE!!!

  • 400 volts?

low voltage goes up to 1000V

  • good idea to do this kind of stuff on carpet :P

  • LMAO, @ high voltage power supply. Sorry kiddies, this is not a high voltage power supply, this is low voltage supply charging a cap then discharging it, can't be sustained at those voltages. Basically a camera flash is what it is with most likely a bigger cap. you should really change the title of this video dude.

  • Mmm, smells like burned ozone!

  • Time Warp:))

  • You are supposedly putting a high voltage power source in a cardboard box? Cardboard is flammable?

  • Looks like a cardboard box to me

  • You shouldn't use a wooden handle. It count set on fire. I suggest a copper handle.

  • @FilmSnapper Not sure if troll or stupid.

  • @Juiss2 Not either. He should also hold it with both hands, and makes sure he has both feet in contact with the floor at all times to make sure he does not drop the end, lose control of it or fall over.

  • hihihi

  • danger low voltage

  • 0:43

    A half life crowbar?

    High Voltage Power Supply?

    You are gordon freeman..

  • @halofanteam half life crowbar sound*

  • Nice cardboard box at the start with danger signs and switchs

  • Lightsaber haha

  • DANGER, CARDBOARD!

  • that poor soda can...

  • turn it into a tazer XD

  • thats a new way to open up a can

  • I like the slowed down hole blow in the pop can and how it sounds like hitting a steel drum with a hammer.

  • And where is the "do not try this at home" warning?

  • @glupsamja pls try this at home!

  • press 5

  • But, will it blend?

  • Use that power supply for your computer.

You'll get many profits with this, trust me.

    ...

  • imagine attaching those to your nipples.... PARTY!

  • LICK IT

  • low tension = below 1000 V

    medium tension = 1 - 50 kV

    high tension = 110 kV

    extra high tension = 220 - 380 kV

  • how good does it work on a brother?

  • If i did this i would have blown up my house.

  • 0:40 shot by rifle on the chest BOOM!

  • try peirceing your eear with this ;)

  • You need to make commercials.

  • 225 joules? A MP5 have 1600...

  • how is this high voltage? 750 and over is high voltage, the title lies

  • Cool project, but seriously.. in a shoe box?

  • cardboard box? о_О о_О о_ООО

  • OMG I KNOW THIS GUY I SIT 2 SEATS FROM HIM IN CLASS EEEK lol sounds gay buy ya

  • i wouldnt do this on carpeting

  • i wouldnt do this on capeting

  • Shortrange laser weapon? :O

  • that looks so dangerous but sooo cool !

  • is there any i could by like this attached to a glove?

  • That generator is crazy! 400 Joules? That's fucken insane. I used to blow up capacitors all the time with a model train variable transformer, and at the highest setting in AC it would take the capacitor almost a minute to blow sometimes. I was pretty young and didn't have a multi-meter to measure the output voltage.

  • The thing you do with the can, I think that's how welding works.

Also, where's 'turning myself into a skeleton'?

  • @DrsJacksonn um i think you'll find that he just did a bit of plasma cutting if anythink

  • I'll build it! But in a metal box or make is look like a 9 volt. (taze my busdriver, because I was holding a 9 volt on the bus, and he threatened to take it away for no reason) nice video! :D

  • wow you can see the alluminum foil at 1:21 looks still vaporizing!

  • Does this work on justin beiber?

  • Poor Pepsi can :(

  • That resistor got obliterated 100 Ohm didnt stand a chanse!

  • so it is 380 volts?

  • @fireworkfreak100 No, it is more like 300V. You can get it up to about 330V, but that's overcharging it a bit. But not much. Not enough to the point where it matters. If you charge the capacitors too much they will explode.

  • the cardbord box is not a good idea with that high voltage

  • idk y but this just makes me lmao

  • this is NOT meant to be played with children, stay in school and don't do drugs. :)

  • 0:43 its a crowbar from half life~!!!!

  • @blobrockster now pick up that can

  • @blobrockster so THATS how they made the crowbar sound! :o who knew!

  • @blobrockster Pick up that can.

  • @blobrockster 0:43 its the crowbar from half life 2

  • Dying man:*Gasp* Hellp! MEEE!

    Man: I Got this...

Surgeon: I am a professional surgeon. You will not dare to get near him.

Man:I told you i got this!!!

    Surgeon:No! I will get him

    Dying man:HELLP!!!

    Man:*Powers up power supply* CLEARR!!!

    Dying man:*Seizure effect*

    Heart meter: Beep.. Beep... Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep

ANOTHER DAY SAVD BY PEOPLE MAKING POWER SUPPLYS OUT OF CARD BOARD BOXES!!

  • That pepsi can has the worst case of butt hurt I have ever seen.

  • on your carpet?

  • so its like a welder?

  • this is basically welding. just in a really crude kick-ass form.

  • @snowman4839 except totally different lol

  • Redneck welder!! FTW!!! ( [For The Win] for people that dont know.. lol)

  • I love the case! (cardboard delivery box, recycling the cool way)

  • damn! I shock myself every 30 min! its good instant coffee tho!

  • cheap arc welder..lol

  • @somethinextra lol yep tis until u blow a hole in ur egsaust lol

  • m8, u really like to destroy things with high voltage :D

  • @milek021 can you really blame him?? :P

  • u call 400v high voltage ??

hv it's not playing with caps. better change the title

  • yes a welder little less voltage some tungsten rod with borax and you have a welder!

  • Spot Welder! Uhh well, unwelder.

  • awsome! can i ave 1?

  • 400В. А какая сила тока?

  • Dude, if you see this post, I have a question for you. Are those charging boards from disposable cameras able to charge multiple capacitors at once without damage? Say I wish to use one of those boards to charge 10 (330v 120uF) caps in parallel. Should I worry about diodes or any other components exploding on the board? Thanks.

  • One board should be able to handle it but it will charge slow. Just keep an eye on the transistor.

  • @rocketman221

We talkin about time travel now?

  • @FELIKSAYK

Buy a multimeter with a temperature probe. If any of the components get really hot, it's time to stop charging. Otherwise, it will simply charge proportionally slower with more capacitors added in parallel.

  • @FELIKSAYK I have ran 5 caps on 1 flash board before, and it ran good. Its gonna take all day to charge with a AA battery though. I use AT LEAST 1 D battery. So my board came out to about 300-330V (Yes, I overcharged them a bit) and somewhere between 300-320uF. The flash board did not have any problems charging it. I have not yet tried 10 caps on one board before, but I have a lot of caps just laying around that I hope to get all on one board. I'll try to get back to you if I get that running.

  • @FELIKSAYK ya i made a box that had about 20 of them wired in parallel to charge a cap bank

  • so ur charging caps with the power supply?

  • Lethal weapon anyone?? xD

  • Oooh man fkin awesome and funny xD
