@wburton16 of course people jump from moving vehicles all the time it just happened here in ohio where a woman jumped out of a car going down the highway. me being a truck driver there is no way that he could have gotten out of his seat with a 53ft trailer behind him with a load that may have weighed 44,000lbs then the entire truck and trailer would have weighed 80,000lbs max legal weight. get up. keep it straight. fight her and open the door to push her out......my opinion impossibe

Like I said, he probably attempted to molest her or threatened her in some way which caused her to jump out. In my opinion, if he put her in a position where she felt her best choice was to jump, and that killed her, then he is still responsible for her death.

I couldn't find much information about this story other than what is known here.  A man pushed a woman out of his truck. The woman died. Everyone says "okay that's what happened...kill the man now because he's a worthless piece of shit." How do you know? Without the details. Maybe she started stabbing him or kept trying to crash his truck or somethin' and he pushed her to get her off of him and the door flew open and she fell out. Nobody knows yet so calm the fuck down.
