@grumpyzrp Lol... I bought it, it looks fantastic on PC, but looks like trash with my 360. The colors are WAY too present, and the blacks are WAY too dark. It clouds up all the details. I've made sure that my 360 is set to the correct resolution and I've also tried playing with the monitor's brightness/colors/contrast/etc­... it's ugly on my 360. Oh well, least I have an HDTV already.

@NostalgicLink So, does it really look THAT bad on the 360? lol I just got mine yesterday, and man does it look great! I watched Tron 3D and some Toy Story 3. very good. The only problem I am experiencing is not being able to adjust brightness.. I was able to when i first started messing with the eDisplay software, and it looked great with brightness down. Now even after moving the slider, it doesnt changeback. It skips over the option in the monitors built in menu..i'm confused.. lol

What does "Monitor can do 120hz without driver, but many games require it to show 120hz option in menu." What menu? The in-game menu? You have to enable 120hz for every game?

@Jeebs24 In windows you can "force refresh rates" outside the range of what windows thinks the monitor is capable. Windows knows the monitors range by using the driver. If it's using a generic PnP driver, it may have a rather modest range. While you can manually "force 120hz", many games still like to use the referenced range of refresh rates from the generic driver The point of getting the actual driver is so games and windows will know the exact spec/range of the monitor. Hope that helps.

You can set keyboard shortcuts to turn 3D on and off, as well as increase/decrease depth.

When a 3D compatible game (or application, such as the beta HTML5 youtube) starts, it will display helpful hints in the right corner of the monitor as to whether or not you should use 3D.

not to take a big steamy dump on your party, but the human eye can only sense up to about 75hz. so its essentially useless to get a 120hz monitor, because after ~75hz, any higher wont be noticable

@RiggadonDan not true mister! The "smoothness" does get more difficult to detect when paired w/vertical sync, but I've never used vsync in FPS due to input lag. For a good test, take an old CRT monitor@75hz, it's easy to detect the strobe-light effect from them compared to an LCD. Run that same CRT at 120hz, you won't see flicker. I used to own an iiyama vision master pro 514 CRT, that sucker could hit 160hz on lower resolutions. Run at 160hz for a week then go back to 75hz... u shall c :)
