AH! I was there! It was my duty (as a Canadian theatre student on 'cultural leave') to see at least 20 plays in London over 2 months and *that* was my favourite. The two girls I was there with agree - it was an experience on its own. Happy to hear another person's perspective on the madness!
omg, you were there too?! That's awesome! You're right the whole thing was a giant unique experience. Lucky you being on "cultural leave" I'd love to do the same in Canada.
That would be really odd for me to see something like that. I don't think I've seen a puking puppet. I still think of Sesame Street when I think of puppets.
yeah they were marionettes with crazy clay heads! I must admit, the puking actually made me feel sick, it's funny how real the puppet seemed as we were watching it.
heheh I do make coasters, they're nothing special, just old book covers covered in plastic. They had four different pianos, as far as I saw. Some were relatively in tact, some, not so much, I loved it.

Not the Rooks of Dane End! Did you block thier view of the church! Stick with the ducks they'll keep you safe!

The ducks kept me safe...until I ate their young. Now they're in league with the other birds! I should form an alliance with the scarecrows!

I can't believe I was searching for Faulty Optic and this was all I could find!

really? I'm surprised too. It's a shame they don't have their own youtube channel.

Yeah. I've seen them twice and they are absolutely astounding! If they ever re-tour their show "Horsehead" I'd heartily reccommend you go see it!

heheheh, yeah, I hadn't really seen much puppetry since Sesame Street! The puking puppet was a pretty disturbing/hilarious moment.

good old Pingu, eh?! I might have to go and watch some Pingu now, it was so sweet and such a part of my childhood.
I will definitely put that puppet film on my rental list, thanks for the tip! Seeing that show has really awakened an interest in puppets!

how do you cover them in plastic? Do you have a kit or something?
MichaelMartinTheShow 3 years ago
yeah, sticky-back plastic! It's pretty easy.
