My sisters took German in high school and went on exhange program, two of them stayed in homes where the grandfather fought in WW2, one of these men still had his rifle and uniform. One of my sisters mother in law is from Germany, and she goes and visited her family in Bavaria, where that family has many living family members who fought in the SS. I had a friend Karl who lived next door to me in Florida who fought in Russia, and whose brother and father were killed on the Eastern front.

My customer walked in Auswitz camp, he saw alotof skinney jews who were used as forced labor, and stated at a tree there was a blood stain under it. The story told, he did not see this, was undesirables were tied to the tree them wipped, or had dogs put on them until they bleed out.
