Shirley is so talented! It's unbelievable! No matter how old she is her dancing, especially in that time, is incredible!

I'd like to chime in on how old Shirley was at the time of filming, I'll admit I DON'T KNOW, perhaps between 5yrs and 7yrs, but what I'd like to say is its a common hollywood practice to make the child younger than they really are, to prolong box office appeal, to a certain extent that practice still exsists in hollywood and even in the music business, Michael Jackson had to lie about his age over the years...! Now matter how old lil Shirley was at the time of filming she did an outstanding job
