One of the few songs where I can see visions. Definitely in my top 5 favorite songs of all time, and this is coming from someone who listens to Disturbed, Slipknot, Mudvayne, Depeche Mode.....this song is pure beauty. I recommend this song to anyone who is a true lover of music.....pure love.
Imagine a world where pop music didn't exist, and people of all ages had the chance to experience music like this without radio and television telling them what is great, or what is cool. What if it was a world where we could easily recognize gimmicks Gaga, Lil Wayne, Black Eyed Peas, ect ect.
What if they had these masterpieces readily available, could they actually appreciate it as we do. Could they appreciate the splendor of auditory perfection?
@panzertrance Its because the music industry wants to dish out like 3 albums or more for an artist and they dont take there time doing it. There is no uniqueness in music any more except for select few such as Delerium. I am very happy that I found out about this group. So many styles make them up but they are the same whole. Something the whole world needs to see more of. Also, seeing that this came out in 1997, this sounds like it has a better quality of composition ect then today's music.
@panzertrance Damn that comment does sound pretty hipster. In all reality it's just like Bjork said. Don't be snobbish about music, just enjoy what you like. If you like bubblegum factory produced nonsense then by all means enjoy it and don't let other people tell you it's wrong.
i realize this pop shit flying around like a damn plague is effecting mostly all mainstream almost to every fuckin grene out their tv today......its hard now in these days to find great music......just seems like the classics are the ones in the lead
@arcadian33333 Well, achieving purity is pretty impossible when different civilization and cultures are interacting with each other. Might as well enjoy the best of each other :D
Calm down with the absurd interpretations LJB85. It reminds you of what you want it to, don't force it on others by saying "us" as if your interpretation has some kind of objective value.
This is one of the best ones on the album. This album is masterful - i remember one of my best summers when i was 18. This really puts Enigma to shame ;)
Semantic Spaces is also great.. all those nights at the beach...
This may sound slightly absurd, but this song reminds me of Barack Obama. I think the reason behind it is that whenever I read about him in the paper over the last two years I would automatically listen to this song.
i've first listened to this song during my first months in the Israeli Defence Forces, six years ago, and i fell in love with it. threw all of the hard situations i've been in since then it had allways been a refuge to me, along with other great delerim songs. remembrance in particular gives me hope, that one day, after enough blood is spilled, there will be peace here in our beloved little country.
Your message touch me very deeply... I hope of all my heart than Israel and Palestine will find peace someday. Too much blood flood the sea of hate you got...

@panzertrance Perhaps this is a situation of 'Yin and Yang', the need for balance.
Perhaps we need them so this music stays special. However, I dont see a reason for them to need us..

@panzertrance : Surely all music has value though. Even though I love Delerium dearly, I also like a lot of other shit too, hombre.

Delerium need to go back to this sound. Try to stray away from the pop sound they've had the past few albums.
