You are so right! But, watch and see if the judge is sitting on the board of directors to the foster agency or adoption agency before you let that judge off the hook. I did a study of 87 judges across the USA and found that, out of those 87, 85 were affiliated with CPS contracted agencies. From parenting classes to foster/adoptive agencies, they were involved.

New Jersey DYFS sucks they look out for the parents interest more then the children, they will hide or cover up anything they can. Someone really needs to do an audit into the system when they find a parent mentally unfit to care for their children yet allows them to stay in the home with the same parent.

frauding in juvenile court has run rampant. we the people need to reform cps/defacs, my daughter had her 2 boys takrn while coming through sandiego ca. 2yrs, 6 mo. ago for an illegal reason. they have drugged the oldest so much he has severe liver damage. the youngest has had tb since they have had them. i am the grandmother. i flew to sandiego in oct. went to court to try to get my grandchildren. my daughter has partial quadrapalegic paralasi she wears prosthetics we are 3000 mi baby stealers

The worker who removed the child did not make the call to remove the child, it was her supervisor's based on the info provided by worker. DYFS cannot share any documents, pics or anything relate to an investigation with anyone but the judge and attorneys involved in this matter. It's definitely not a perfect system, but it has come a very long way in some NJ counties.

This pic is blurry. How old are the children? What did they tell the DYFS worker? Did they appear afraid of mom? Did they place the ch'n w/ relatives? Spanking does not raise to the level of abuse and DYFS though they won't advise parents to spank, they know this. Sometimes you have children who tell stories, and DYFS has to air on the side of caution. All removals must appear before a judge who may or may not agree with DYFS' position. I know of #'s ch'n returned home by judges.
