  • i know beyond a shadow of a doubt that my success during and post wls is directly connected to plant based diet---whole clean and daily satisfying finer and protein rich lentils, 1-2 times a day, greek yogurt and low carb non starchy veggies-- of which I enjoy exploring new one every week. loving cooked beets, turnips, eggplant...anything "meaty"...

  • I went vegetarian for a year. Stuck to it, and it isn't that hard to convert at all. That being said, i put on 15 lbs that year. Too many carbs not alot of protein. :S Hope you have better luck than I did! :)

  • My goal for this Spring is to get more exercise, I haven't gotten much walking because its sooo cold outside.

  • You go girl! I LOVE your videos, and I think it's awesome that you're "re-commiting", and it's so true that people forget to watch what they eat years after surgery. I also think it's fantastic that you're wearing your bracelet again, keep us updated! :)

  • I love the stones/jar idea. I think I will do that also. Can't wait to see how you do on the new plant based diet. We have been making changes here at home too sorta like that....starting with organics and local farms/ranches to get our food.
