@xXtempredgamerXx Yes. You can't necessarily "animate", but you can move objects around. I have made objects fly across the room and things of that nature. Although, to do this, you must either have Photoshop so you can make the picture have no background, or have a green screen backround to key out.

I'm trying to figure out if Elements has the feature I want. I want to change the video for part of a clip while keeping the audio going. I think i can do it by dragging the audio down into the "music" track like you show in this video. Can I also drag just video with no music into another track and work with that? I don't want to buy the whole CS4 version!

Wonderful tutorials. I would love to try this product out but I am unable to get it to transfer from my dvd. Copied videos from camcorder to DVDs and when I try to get those videos I get a message stating: Failed to connect. (Failed to obtain thumbnails from the device). Does anyone know how to fix this problem or what I need to try doing? Any help would be appreciated :)

This is a really good video! We were given the Adobe Premier Elements7 by our son last year and just couldn't figure out how to use it. My husband did manage in the end but I wanted to use some selected clips from footage he's downloaded and couldn't work out how to do it. Thanks to you, I now have my footage on youtube. Now, there is one thing bugging me that you didn't show, I'm making the main video with Windows Movie Maker, and when I export it, it gets this green sht on the lower half of the screen. So, what I tried to do is import it to APE7 and edit it in there, but when I remove the green half of the screen and try to extend the other one, it extends both ways so that it goes off on the sides, is there no way to extend my picture ONLY upwards or ONLY sideways?

can you lock an audio track at the begginning of a video clip? you can in Imovie this syncs the audio with the video.

@wobble108 I've tried everything to get it in sync. But this problem is only the beginning. Once I get the video off the camera onto the PE program, the rest of the exercise becomes a nightmare. So where is Adobe? They got my money. NO support for this piece of junk. If you're paying attention to treviews & complaints, you'll soon realize their product is all hype, no delivery.

Please help me - I am new to this program and when I drag a movie clip down to the sceneline it "layers" my movie clips instead of letting me putting them in each of the separate boxes across the bottom. The box with my clip as soon as I move it shows a small double layer blue color box on it. I can't change the settings or right click - everything is grayed out. Is there some way to fix?

A. On the software

B. Upload it to youtube (directly from the software very quick and easy.)

C. Burn it to a DVD.
