i work 4 a bandsaw company. are process is nearly the same, but we have 2 cutting stations 4 cutting the blades. we use lenox welding machines, and a grinding wheel 2 grind the blades. and that bimetal blade that girl did, we would have kindey that blade. we wouldent had double coiled it

Cool video! Hope you can help me. Do you guys also make food-grade bandsaw blades? If so, what's the usual annealing temperature?
My problem is that after annealing, I do a test on the blades, and they break easily? Is my anneal temp too low? Too High. Help please.
