  • Cool video! Hope you can help me. Do you guys also make food-grade bandsaw blades? If so, what's the usual annealing temperature?

    My problem is that after annealing, I do a test on the blades, and they break easily? Is my anneal temp too low? Too High. Help please.

  • i work 4 a bandsaw company. are process is nearly the same, but we have 2 cutting stations 4 cutting the blades. we use lenox welding machines, and a grinding wheel 2 grind the blades. and that bimetal blade that girl did, we would have kindey that blade. we wouldent had double coiled it
