Mass Audubon staff scientists arrived at up to 6,600 avian mortalities per year by Cape Wind in their testimony. Yet, Mass Audubon offers to "support" Cape Wind, so long as Cape Wind funds a contract to count avian carcasses caused by Cape Wind.
Will Mass Audubon bid on or accept this long-term adaptive managment monitoring and mitigation contract--to be funded by Cape Wind?
