I got into contact with Washburn to see if they would custom make me a a Dime Slime but since Dime got back with Dean before his death they can't even replicate a Dimebag guitar anymore legally. Guess I will have to give Ran Guitars a call and see if they can hook me up.

Dean is now another company, guitars are not made by Dean Zelinsky himself (in fact he has his own company these days, DBZ Guitars). I do NOT like nor USE Deans. I only use the Washburn USA Dime 3 from the golden Pantera years: since CFH until Reinventing. Dean is now a crappy company making lots of millions based in a few Dimebag sketches.

@soundroi True about dean making money out of dimebag i was myself looking for an washburn but they are damn hard to get or find, i think the coolest is the dimeslime BUT, dimebag used guitars like the dime-o-flame witch came to the markets not so long time ago.(2011)(My friend owns one it's kinda awesome).

@R3D4M4G3R Yes, I have one Dimeslime USA 1995, amazing guitar. It is true that Dimebag used the Dime-O-Flame, but in fact I think he played an authentic USA Dean WITH a Dime-o-flame finish. The Dime-O-Flame is a korean import model, I really doubt Dimebag himself would use that guitar and not a Custom USA instrument. By the way, Dean was his sponsort, but if you look at his guitar rig, he still carried the Stealth, the Dimeplate, the Dean From Hell and the Dimeslime with Damageplan:)

Can you tell me more about the RG-100 Classic..? I picked up one almost thinkning it was the ES for $200, but it still had AMAZING tone when you pushed and over driven it with an EQ... I run it into a PEavy 4 x 12 for mids and lows along side a Crate Blue Voodoo 4 x 12 for my core tone (highs). I used to run the randall into both cabs for my tone. The cabs are what holds the lows and highs.

But Id like to know more about what Dime used it for, and when it was made, etc. Cheers!

@ksumph80 Yes it's mine :P Well it is similar to the RG100ES, a new edition of the RG100 (a bit more treble) but lacks the punch and aggressive mids of the RG100ES. Otherwise it's a great head, but Dime did never use this amp. Cheers!
