Aw man. This is good. Makes it out to be a 'Feel Good Movie Of The Year' type, and it works. Leaving out the guns and violence was brilliant. It would add to the shock value when some nimrod believe this to be a sappy inspiration movie gets assaulted with porn, lonliness, and scum in 1970s NYC. Totally dig the irony. Bravo!

It's an old file. 1976 right? I was born in 1989. From a girl's point of view, I thought they should place some more action into the movie. When I looked at this movie for the first time, what I thought is that the movie is about a crazy guy murdered 4 people and then he dumped his girl friend. I mean, i still liked it after i knew the plot. But, it should show more of a hooker's life than a guy get mad and kills people. Just my opinion. Sarah
