@ModernWarfare2SND : My addons are a part of a mod compilation back from 2007 called Nmod (or ometh Nmod). They stopped working on it back in late 2008.

If i remember correctly, the Raid-window to the left was "Decursive", the shield watch thing was CT-mod (CT-Raid assist).

Decursive was my favorite mod. This was back in 2008.

hey, im leveling a priest atm adn with all thoose death knights im thinking about going a healer build, what would you suggest? a hybrid, full disc, or full holy?

I have not tried the new talents yet as my internet is broken. If you are going to spec Holy for raiding or instance running I recommend you spec Disc up to 3points meditation and 1point inner focus. Then use the rest of the points you got in healing.

i went the spec you told me to and im now level 76 i do about 3-3.5k normal flash heals but then 5k crits it looks like your doing 7k crits, how is this?

Her 7k crits are Greater Heals. Flash heals in tbc crit for about 3.5-4k if i remember correctly. When you hit 80 with a few pieces of gear you should be healing about 4k on normal flash heals and roughly 6k on crits.

I only played holy in tbc though so i might be a bit wrong on those last numbers, but it should be something like that.

lol yeah im 80 now but leveld up a paladin healer recently i had like 2.3k sp on my priest when i stoped playing him. thanks though

If you have to choose between Imp. Divine Spirit and CoH, go with Imp Spirit. It buffs your regen and healing and buffs raid DPS, which is much more important than one priest having CoH. Preferably you'll have one priest with Spirit and the rest with CoH.

For example, I'm my guild's spirit priest, and the others are all CoH.

When should I use PW shield?

Only When someone is about to die or being hit. Never use PW shield on warriors. When you do, they don't get hit = no rage regen. Usually it's not worth the mana it costs so try not to use it in raids.

Hi.I have a priest (night elf) lvl 65 and i wanna become a healer. I have heard that using lower ranks of greater heal is better and more mana-efficient than flash heal. I have also heard that flash heal is a mana-killer. Although i respeced to holy for a couple of days and managed to heal ramparts and blood furnace with flash heal without problems (moreover i used my shadow gear). What should i use?

If you want to be mana efficient it is clearly best to use Greater heal as flash heal uses about 18%-25% more mana per HP healed.

I prefer using low rank flash, best greater and renew to heal and then Flash heal when someone really needs HP fast.

You can skip lower rank flash if you want, but I like it and it is pretty useful when someone in the party only needs like 2k heal.

Then my question.. You are using the highest rank greater heal.. highest rank flash heal..

But also a downranked flash heal.. what rank is that.. 1?

I use the highest rank Greater heal and renew. Also i use highest rank flash heal and rank 4/5 flash.

I use downgraded flash heal because I want the target to have nearly full hp without wasting mana over-healing.(usually rank 5)

FH rank 5 costs 18% more mana/heal than highest rank flash but with it you don't have to worry about over healing or you're mana!

You're mana conservation is really good, you must have good mp5. You also had a decent shadow priest which would have made a huge difference with vampiric touch. Good healing, even if it was a bit slow to down the boss.

Not bad I sugesest getting rid of well of light talent as you will find no use for it in ssc tk or in fact black temple or hyjal

I play for fun, lightwell is fun. Without fun, there is no point in playing.

Also Lightwell is the cheapest healing spell in the game if it is used properly :)

18.500 healing for 400 mana (based on 1700+healing)

Lightwell is locks best friend in raids.....

It isn´t a Problem to get oom by this boss...

This boss is very low...

I don´t use manapots & shadowfriend.

great healing , i my self am disc/holy priest .

in pvp i can do about 30 flash heals before OOM and another 20 after shadow fiend .

how do you keep your mana up full/half ?

The trick to keep mana up so long is to have allot of mana/5 while casting and a shadow priest in you're group.

Keep renewing the target and take breaks between casting. That way you recover mana quickly.

Use rank 4 and 5 flashes instead of the best flash while the target is over 80% hp. That way you wont over heal as much and save mana.

Spirit is you're best friend :)
