I FUCKING LOVE this song!!!! the great thing about the vocals is tat they are not the "traditional" death metal style of just grunting in some stupid "new " death metal way. His intensity (along with KICK-ASS music) is him having a range, but being able to constantly shred his vocals. It's a gift.....I think you guys know what I'm talking about! LONG LIVE ENTOMBED!!!!!!

OMG i remember when i heard LG hade rejoined the band and they did this gig in uppsala back in the 90's, i was blown away on they'd changed their sound, it was like a revelation! Entombed is one of the few who manages to reinvent themselves and still have that edge and mindblowing riffs!

Fair comments dude, I only literally listened to Entombed yesterday for the 2nd or 3rd time basically, and I wanted to give them a fair chance.... but its hard to do that when they and most of their fans are going around saying they are something they are not. Just becausde they're name is Entombed doesnt make them any more Death Metal than my ass hair. I just dont see the similarites between the other bands we mentioned and Entombed.

Umm, have you listened to Entombed's first two albums? They are death metal. They don't sound like american death metal, but they are death metal. In the early 90s there was a lot of differences between the death metal scenes from different countries, and american, swedish and even finnish early death metal sound very different. The Americans definitely had the most brutal sound, so if that's all you're after, stick to them.

Say what? How can you say that? Most American bands at the time, including Death, paled in comparison to Left Hand Path. There was simply nothing like it at the time-- the guitars were absolutely crushing. Even today I still think the Entombed/Dismember/Carnage/Blo­odbath sound is the best metal sound there is.

You know, you're absolutely right, the Swedes did have a more brutal and heavier production. Actually what I meant was the musical style, with the Americans using blast beats more and had a more extreme riffing style, like with Cannibal Corpse and all the so called "brutal" death metal bands that came later. Of course there were many American bands that didn't really sound like that, and those are my favorites of the scene: Autopsy, Morbid Angel, Death and Obituary.
