I've been searching for the Sabertooth's way to run and I gotta say dude that does not look like Sabertooth... that looks like a Toad more like it but I need to find out how to do it more like... feline way, the bodyshape might be larger I think it's more to rely on the legs than on the arms supporting and pulling. I think the arms should be there only for having a point to refer fastly and drag your feet on a new position in the shortest time... Legs work might be faster and might pull larger
mate, this is intense. i'm only just getting back into my fitness and my cardio is down, i can't wait to take this to the park tomorrow and wreck myself sabretooth style. keep em comin!
I thought my 5 yr old son was a little to animalistic in his activities until I watched the wolverine movie today, I did not realise how hard it is. This workout you have shown us has me looking at my child in a different light, with a more positive tone and perspective. Thank you!
@ALICIALISA1 Haha. No worries, Alicia. We all should tap into our inner animal, sometimes. I'm your little one enjoys getting animalistic. Thanks for visiting my channel and checking out my vids.
@djgspot Haha, you have to do what you do best, G., lead from the front. Once your DJ followers since you kickin' a--, I'm sure they will get the itch to do the same.
This is the BEST workout I've seen so far. VERY Awesome. Sabretooth is my ALL time favorite comic Villian. But I have some ideas for you, how about AVP Workouts? A Predator style Workout. AND perhaps an Alien style Workout. Just throwin ideas at ya. you dont have to use the idea if you dont to. I've just always wanted to see those kinda workouts. Since I was a lil' kid. I'm a REAL BIG fan of Aliens and Predators. I even have a couple of Predator tattoos.
I'm glad you like the workout. I really appreciate it. Thanks for the suggestion, for AVP, as well. I guess I should watch the movie, and see if any ideas starts running through my crazy mind ;-)
Another great workout, i started last month at 225 and now im 220, man it helps me a lot in my football trainings, i feel faster, stronger, with more energy. i play DE by the way, i hope you got more workouts for the off season
Congrats on dropping down to 220. The real work comes in the off season. Looks like you're off to a great start. I will keep cranking out more training videos. Stay tuned. I am working on a series of them, as we speak.
million thanks for the idea after months of doing this for conditioning i've gotten really fast on all fours the first month was rough but it paid off.. also i am able to do handstand pushups and my arm power is real strong just wanted to say thanks one day ill try and record myself at the park doing this just gotta find a workout partner to record or something
Nice, good tips and pointers. Ive been trying to master Sabertooth's cat run...this will definitely help. Kinda hard though...I stand 6'5" lol...thanks for the video.
Another EXCELLENT video. Again I like how you broke everything down, you make it easy to understand so that someone is able to perform the exercise correctly.
nice video man. i tryed to do something like that + with jumps. but its hurts when land on arms - need to have sabretooth powers (going to geneitic lab) xD lol
I agree. Like the burpee, this gives a full body workout, builds strength, power, and endurance, plus it gets your heartrate going....especially uphill. Thanks for sharing your comments, xwindgodx!
It depends on what your goals are. I like to throw them in, in some capacity about once a week, when I want to cut fat, and/or add variety to my current routine.
Man! This is just such an awesome video! I love Sabretooth and the way he moves like an animal. Great exercise video! You got me hooked. Keep the good stuff coming!
Hittinit1, this workouts will help build crazy strength, when done with consistency. The most important tool to create 6 pack abs is your diet. Make sure you are eating enough clean, healthy foods (i.e. lots of fresh veggies & fruits, lean protein, and healthy fats) at least 80-90-% of the time.
Just know that strength, power, endurance, overall fitness and flexibility is built during your training. True healthy, as well as a lean body and fuel for your intense workouts, is done in the kitchen (not the drive-thru ;-)
Killer! Shockwavecg, you're a true warrior, brotha. di you, by chance, video it. I would love to see you killin this work out. Congrats, though. I'll keep the good stuff coming.
I just did this workout a few minutes ago, and for anyone who thinks this is easy think again! I'm not in the best of shape, but after about five or seven of these Sabertooth crawls I had to stop. They are tough as all get-out! But I was proud of myself that I made it all the way to the end of the alley (which is longer than ten yards) I feel better for doing them.
Great job designing a Sabertooth workout, I hope you do more for him! He's my all-time favorite character.
Really like your odd exercises!! :)

I love it. A great workout, that’s fun, a good change of the normal routine. I just need a place to do it where people won’t throw me in an asylum.
