When I used to play this game, after turning the willow back into a princess, I would take the harp right away, knowing I would need it later. I'm baffled as to why the player in this video left the harp sitting by the pond initially. Oh well, just so the game was completed. Anyway, can you believe it's been 20+ years since this game 1st came out? I hardly can.

So you needed a amulet from the gypsie (sp?) to get through that forest. I could never find a gold coin because it was hidden in that damned desert the whole time. To think you get rid of the witch by giving her a vase that held a genie. The part with the catching the elf was interesting as well.

The dialogue's cheezy because they actually had Sierra employees do it rather than hire professional voice actors (remember, this was the first game to even try this!). I guess when you assume how it's supposed to be a fairy tale, it's okay to go down the cheezy route. But I think I'd keep the narrator as text -- it gets old listening to him tell us how Graham picks up a coin...picks up a twig...picks up a fish... hah.
