I have been to camps in SA, NT and QLD...... That's interesting because the only interaction I have with aboriginals is to see them begging for money, to get wasted, while their families fight like dogs, kids puffing cigarettes, and I know that they hate everyone, because everyone hates them.
Only white people are nice to them. Then again, most of them are more than 1/2 white anyway...

Probably NOT. I live in the inner city, and the only time I see aboriginals is when they are harassing people and picking fights.
It's about time you get it into your heads, that is all anybody knows about aboriginals.
I am the only one who is nice to them, so while some people like to have romantic notions about them, I use my sympathies to speak the truth.

I have been to camps in SA, NT and QLD...... Talked to drunken kids, distraught mothers (Aboriginal women are some of the strongest bravest and most honest people I have ever met) and elders who have lent on my shoulder as they sang song lines under their breath so I (uninitiated white man) did not hear and in doing so break tradition. You are only looking at one aspect which is that of the handout. Your kindness and sympathy are (I believe) well meant but ultimately corrosive and shallow.

I am not too sure that I am shallow, just because I haven't had your experiences.
I have seen aboriginals try to garner public support with well meaning rhetoric, that is essentially inaccurate, and I think this objectionable rhetoric goes deep.
That said, on a personal level I have no problems with aboriginals. I just get tired of being a victim of racism/politics...
I understand that full blood abo's are genetically disposed to being straight up, and genuine. I like that.

Secondly you say Aboriginal people are "rebound" (I assume you mean renowned) for only taking what they need. This idea obviously comes from observations made by colonials in the last 200 years or so. Like I said, by that time the aboriginal people had lived on this isolated continent for thousands of years. Of course they would have developed an understanding of our country. It doesn't mean they didn't alter the country prior to colonisation. They had just come to live in equilibrium by then
