hey I'm really concerned about the whole clickers are bad because they arent using the keyboard to use their skills because in this game and unlike in most mmos, you have to double tap to dodge and you have to actually move while fighting, how can I use the wasd for dodging and moving while also controlling my camer withb the mouse, then simultaneously hit skills to attack or support while moving?

@leviandurai1232 It won't be needed, the left bar of skills changes depending on currently equipped weapon/offhand, and the right hand side has slots, you choose which skills you want before battle (e.g. 1 utility skill, 1 heal skill, etc).

Ok I love GW 2 and all, but this video was pretty LAME!

First off all, how can a rotting zombie skeletor have a voice of a young healthy human being??? WTF??

Second of all, in the mini-boss fight, why the hell didn't they use an interrupt spell? Like the second he says "I've had enough bla bla..", someone interrupts him and they finish him off!

And this player was not moving at all while fighting and was clicking the spells like a total noob.

Is it just me or isn't the red highlight around the enemy pretty damn annoying? Not only does it distract me from the details in the character but also takes a way the feel of realism? Anyhow, I sure hope there is a way to disable it in settings, or else I'ts gonna be a huge let down for me...Make it more simple like in WoW, with the highlight around its feets.

@DAVEtheBRAVE85 Gw1's UI was pretty customisable and arenanet will have certainly seen the feedback to make it an option.

Obviously it can be useful for seeing exactly who's health you're currently looking at but because gw2's combat is so vastly better than other MMO's in the fact attacks hit exactly what you'd expect them to (a sweeping strike will hit multiple targets) you don't really need the outline to know what you're going to hit.

Personally i don't mind it though.

if you were to go melee range with like a warrior, necro, thief, guardian, ranger (etc) would there be any benefit to moving around more? pve onsters are pretty stationary unless you move, and lets face it at melee range they'll hit you even if you are trying to strafe behind them. i could see melee ranger players only dodging "big" attacks that the monsters charge up for (like drake fire breath)

@necroskiss When you fire a projectile it goes to where the target is but they can freely move or dodge out of the way and avoid damage so being if your being shot at or you are shooting at someone you both have to be skilled to hit/avoid. A Ele could just fire his fireball thing in the direction that the mob is moving to him them and it s vice versa. If someone was shooting at me i could change direction, do jumps or take cover to avoid damage so fighting is going to be EPIC pve and pve :DDDDDD

@GrandRiffAuto73 No all proffesions have ranged attacks depending on what weapon they are using and all proffesions have melee attacks too, So if your a Elementalist, guardian or any other proffesion your melee and ranged attacks are dodgable but people will not just be dodging all the time because i think dodging uses up energy and projectile reflecting spells only last a few seconds and you can just walking around them!
