I'm democratic by nature but am starting to feel a socialist chill. Healthcare needs to be earned, not granted!

The idea to link the tax-cut to the person and not to the job is a good one, and it should promote portability, however, it does not solve the problem. Health insurance companies will always find a loophole.
The Lewin group analysis that mentions the 180.5 million switch does not take into account health insurance companies adapting.
The same Lewin groun under the same scenario predicts physicians saving 36.5% savings in administrative costs for physicians.
