If you don't want it to come back you have to remove the fibrous lining. This is a cyst not an ordinary pimple. Please don't use that huge kitchen knife to do that part though.... Use a pair of STERILIZED heavy duty tweezers or prefferably a pair of hemostats to reach in and very gently wiggle the lining loose then pull it out. Keep the wound very clean to avoid infection.
