@fumofunghi the law states in iraq that one ak-47 is allowed per household not all iraqi's are terrorist the civilians must be able to protect themselves from terrorists its not uncommon the be on patrol in iraq and see civilians walking with ak-47's yes it makes us uneasy but they can do that it just sucks the enemy wears no uniform so anyone one of them carrying that weapon can be hostile but alot of them arent

i just joined to be airborne in april and i had to do an airborne physical which was blood pressure and makin sure ur ears pop and u have do go through the rest of the process conserned with joining and to get into airborne school after basic at benning u have to be able to run 5 miles in 45 mins so its hard i leave august 5th for training so good luck with ur dream i am proud i got to this point

Close, I'll clear it up for you, Army airborne is just airborne. They wear a maroon beret. Rangers go through airborne school and then through the Ranger Indoctrination Program (RIP) then go on to one of three ranger battalions. Rangers wear a an ugly tan beret. Once a ranger is ready he is sent to ranger school even though they are already a ranger once they are in a ranger Bat. PM me if you're still confused.

you can be ranger qual and in the 101. some guys have the tab but arnt in the 75th. you have to be selected to be in the 75th. having a ranger tab just means you completed the most advanced infantry training in the military period. some marines come to ranger school many of them fail, but if they pass they get to wear their tab on their dress blues. ranger school and ranger indoc are seperate things.

Iraq, would have been sablized way faster if america handle iraq right when they first arrived.. instead they fired all iraq army (leaving 300 thousand soldiers with no jobs) then they let looting get way out of control and just watched the Iraq museum get destroyed... 8000 years of history.... Just realized that CPT Hank Hamblin is the one giving the interview on the roof. He was an E-6 there. He was and Im sure still is an absolue hard ass but he was great to work for and with. Overall this is a good video and shows how the 101st affected the training of the Iraqi Security Forces. AIRBORNE!
