@ichibanniko no problem, it just helps put any of their mistakes into perspective when you know how long they have been training. Using arm power vs. hip rotation is a common mistake for beginners
Not bad, but too much arm power and not enough hip power in some movements!

I train CLF in Florida and I'm glad it's still being taught after so many generations. It's a great style. You guy's are impressive, and then some!
