Thats the atrac working with the interference going to the cb radio. Mine just rattles the car but his is interference with the cb.

I have one with the A-Trac , its the non permanent 4wd . And on mine the a-trac deffinitly doesnt sound like this .. seems to me like an espresso machine ;-)
so is this one maybe the permanent 4wd ?
