Metro is ok until you have a problem.

They were VERY RUDE once I had a phone issue.

Switched to Virgin Mobile, so far so good.

1200mins unlimited,internet,text and im for $40

and the LG rumor touch at Radio Shack for $130.00

VM is also on sprint network so much better coverage!

the caliber wil be comming out on metro pcs this month around the week of the tenth for about $250-$300. So if you are in the area that has metopcs service you may want to stick with them. Shyt, I got the blackberry for Metro pcs, and all I can say is.....sucks balls! I hate it! I had the phone for like for 5 months when it came out, and it was working pretty well..then it started to disconnect my Myspace + Facebook! Arggg! and it freezes sometimes, and restarts itself too! The wedbrowser is aite, but the phone disconnects to much! This phone is aite, but the blackberry is better. But now I have the Sidekick '09 (: Good bye Metro, hello T-moble!

i have samsung messenger, i don't know if this phone has it, but when u connect ur phone to ur laptop or comp. there should be a folder saying ring tones, and from there just drop whatever music u want in that folder and use the songs for ring tones, good luck, and have fun!

text is good and unlimited

the weird thing about the volume (for the ringer) is that it gradually gets louder as it rings more which is kinda annoying cuz u may miss calls even on its highest volume.i use to have a really loud , but lame ass sprint phone and i still paid on average 65 a month and only got free nights/weekends and incoming min. and crappy internt.its a cool user friendly phone,cant beat the price for unlimited EVERYTHING.
