  • Such a great song from a classic band ....

  • 5***** nice potential

  • Been a lot of years and this pic is unfamiliar but I think he's on the far right.

  • @shorttimer77 Thanks again

  • The leader of this group was origanally called "Eric Lee and the Fogcutters.

I'd like to know what happened to Eric.

    f

  • @shorttimer77 Which one was Eric?

  • @Cantabrigidian

Eric was the lead singer and lead guitar player. He played with my band for awhile after we dismissed our lead man. He was a fantastic inspiration to us all. It was at Als Club Holiday on broadway street in Denver 1965.

  • @shorttimer77 Thanks for the info. Which one is he in the photo?

  • A very cool sound.

  • What instrument did the guy in the glasses play?

  • @CassetteRookie Cello Bass.

  • Once again, a sample of the vast talent of the garage bands of that era.

It's been a real ear candy for me.

Even though it's old, it's new to me.

I'll be listening to it again and again.

  • Producers Hooven & Winn were working for Double Shot Records on the west coast, producing sides for Brenton Wood, Count Five, etc.

  • @pgh45rpms Thanks for the info

  • To the right batman...it's GG Allin!

  • If someone can tell me if this is available online, I'd be thrilled.

This is a fantastic song, simply.

  • @Cantabrigidian Awesome. Thanks alot for your help, man. Much appreciated. :)

  • The Beau Brummels were near San Francisco as were the Vegetables (they recorded their singles in the USF studio where College Radio station KUSF airs) and the Count five were tearing it up in the Foothill college and of course the big groups that solidified the San Francisco sound the Airplane, Dead and Quicksilver messenger service...

  • this is more like garage folk rock

  • Read your description right after I posted. Guess it means it's a regional band-is it from San Francisco?

  • Was 13 in 1965 and never heard of this. Is this a regional band? The name sounds like a folk group. Thanks for posting, I found more music to like.

  • pretty pretty cool!
