i ve the snow bros 3 time but i hevnt the vampire killer , very rare game but in japan there is the most rare game on the world on megadrive "tetris" it cost more 15000 dollars . 10 pieces only in the world.

the artwork on mega drive games was the best i have ever seen. newer and older gen systems never matched up to the quality. maybe the sega saturn...this was the peak of gaming artwork on the box!

I think the biggest reason is cause I'm sure they didnt think the anime like artwork for most of the games would be much of a selling point at the time since anime was still kinda not well known in the U.S. and europe at the time. For that i can never forgive the artist for the artworks of phantasy star 2-4. midieval like artwork for a futuristic game series?

You have a lot of the same games that I have, but since I also have a very large collection of Genesis games, many of the games that were released for the Genesis I did not buy the MD version, unless the games were totally different. I usually tried to buy the JPN only releases.

Areton Senna's Monaco GP was also on the Master System, I had it once and it was fucking horrible, the gameplay was boring and the sound effects were fucking horrid, like playing a DOS game without a sound card, just with the PC Speaker. I've played Jurassic Park on the Mega Drive and it was not too bad.

its memory for saving with the Sega CD, it came out in the US also. The Sega CD had like 256KB of backup RAM to save, the Ram Expansion gave another 1 MB (8Mbits) for saving which unless you have sports or RPGs was a lot of memory to save.

You should really try to get a hold of Monster World 3 (that's Wonderboy 4) and Monster World 4.

Best two games in the Wonderboy/Monster World series, and I'm pretty sure they aren't all that expensive. And with your taste in games, I can practically guarantee you'd like them.

Thats a nice megadrive collection while only being part of your overall immpressive collection. I notice you saying moonwalker isn't for sale so its obvious people are trying to get hold of it due to certain events I hate how certain games are blatently sold for a profit.

The pal version of moonwalker is being sold on ebay £200 or 31892 yen for what I think is an average game moon walker arcade is better. You could open a museum you have more then enough games and consoles.

Japan usuallys put English titles on games, especially if they are from the US. It's mostly a stylistic choice than anything else. Plus, there is usually a Japanese subtitle next to or beneath it.

I got a copy of it recently - whenever I show it to my friends they are all blown away.. Such fast action with so much going on on-screen, the acrobatics, chucking the enemies (and your friends) all over the place, the awesome machine guns.. Theres just no other Megadrive game like it!
