  • @Brendon00000 do urself a favour and buy one on ebay if u havnt done so

  • great video, congratulations for your succes!s I´m from Argentina, I started to have problems with my triceps (i´m a woman 47 years old!) and bought tower 200 two weeks ago.. I can see the diference now, I have muscles! Going on using sleevless shirts and showing my new forearms.. :) Good luck

  • do u have any routine with the tower 200?

  • where I live the T200 is $120 new worth it?

  • is this thing any good, I know that ab circle is a fail lol but this actually looks like it does something, i mean if you can feel the straining your making a difference, im sort of between normal and fat and get a whole bunch of guys telling me put some meat on dem bones lol, im just not cut out for the gym

  • i still dont c muscle

  • im thinking getting this one but not sure if it will meet my needs i wanna be big and muscler guy lol

  • @leon6266

if your serious about getting big and musuclar, go to the gym

or by two dumbbells, a barbell and the 'iron gym' (look it up) if ur gonna workout at home

do all the main exercises like bench press, squats, deadlifts and pull-ups, once you've mastered them move into the isolation exercises with a cardio workout and you should be seeing great results

tower 200 is rly for people who dont have time for the gym and want a good body without doing hours and hours of heavy sets at the gym

  • could u still get the same results without using free weights

  • hey, i live in australia and i bought mine 2 days ago and the left grey cord is alot easier and weker than the right what should i do? or is it not much of a problem?

  • @deathtread12 yah that sounds like a big problem. i'd take it back to the store for an exchange if i were you. or call if you ordered it. it shouldnt be like that at all.

  • @deathtread12 Yeah I had the exact same problem when I got mine ( I live in Perth), I just replaced it with the red cord I got as part of the upgrade kit.

  • on my tower the cord has worn out and it is alot easier to pull then when i first got it do you have the same problem??

  • @KinGGinKProduction for real? call them, i think it has a lifetime warranty. mine is holding up really well. the only thing thats happened to mine is the pulley has started to kinda come loose and wobbly. actually, its more like its warped. its been like that for a while though and hasnt affected working out.

  • @KinGGinKProduction Maybe becuz ur stronger ;D?

  • @ Al3xander161993 it comes with a poster that gives you a good idea of what to do for workouts and also a booklette that shows 280 some odd excercises and yea this thing burns my abs not much for cardio i guess thats where a girlfriend comes in handy lol but no bought my T200 on monday and its an addiction for me now cause i dont have to make time to get to the gym i love it not even gunna need a shirt this summer go to your local suppliment store and talk to the guys there get'er on the go

  • I'm 18 and just finished highschool. I really wanna get in great shape before college so i can pull dem hoes. Is this worth buying? Does it also incorporate some cardio and abs workouts? Please reply bro

  • @Al3xander161993 hahaa! yah i think its worth buying. its a door opener to better things too. i started on this before ever working out in my life. i started out pretty weak too. since starting, my muscles have grown, ive gained lean muscle, and lost some fat too. over all im much more cut, and defined. i work out pretty hard for an hour to an hour and half. i also use free weights and a bench. for the first month and a half i only used the tower. good luck man!

  • @Al3xander161993 hmm you should look at resistance band, get the blue one and a black one.

its way cheaper and it works way better than tower 200. ( i have both ) and currently only using resistance band. blue band = biceps, triceps, posterior delt, etc (small muscles) black band = quads, chest, (larger group muscles) get a dor knob, tie around it, and start ur excercise, (pole just to be safe)

    :-) i hope this helps

  • Are you red headed?

  • I feel like this works your core more than anything else. I've been doing all free weights pretty much, and just got this. What are your thoughts?

  • @excologfx i used to only use the tower 200. then i got some tips to incorporate free weights with it. alternating between sets. thats when things really took off for me. i dont do much with my core using the tower.

  • threres like no differenfce

  • hey man, you should post another video of your progress, i'm thinking of getting one to see what its like, i've been working out at the gym and i thought i might add this to my regime. you still use it?

  • @ortonfan20 hell yah, much more so than in the last video i posted. im not a big guy by any means, but they definitely have gotten bigger and stronger. tower has good resistance for me. i still dont use it on the hardest resistance. it works especially well when you mix in dumbells with the triceps and biceps. the tricep workout he does in the video is the same one i do.

  • @xMassAppeal how much resistance in lb does it go up to

  • wat workouts did u do

  • They're 200 bucks. I've been using mine on days I dont do karate. It's an intense work out, it's very fun and unique, I LOVE it. I prefer it over most exercise machines, and see no reason to ever return to a gym. 199 CAD at the tv specialty store.

  • Hey how much does it cost? I wanna buy one of those

  • @ironknight78 I'm not quite sure... I think I saw them at Kmart. I bought mine off of a guy on craigslist for $100. I think they are more $ in store.

  • @ironknight78 $200
