  • i have a 22/45 coming in friday. cant wait.

i hear alot of people saying these are so hard to assemble. iv never had one befor but i have a hard time beliving its gonna be harder to reassembal then my kimber classic stainless target (1999 best year for kimbers) that gun is VERY tight even after owning it for over a decade. but its accurite as hell.

  • very help full

  • i cannot take the barrel off of mine, its imposible

  • just because you've already made sure the chamber is clear, for the sake of the video and the viewers you should always demonstrate this step.

IT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP WHEN FIELD STRIPPING A WEAPON.

    why leave it out?

  • This is a helpful video. The single problem I noted was you dry fired the pistol without the magazine inserted.

  • Thank you for your video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. It took lest than 5 mins to take gun apart and put back together. Last night watched another person take gun apart and back together he never showed tilting gun up or down or resetting trigger. Showed digging in back of gun manuallymoving spring ,he was suppose to be an expert. Took this gun apart 4 times just 4 fun.

  • Thank you. My standard has been driving me crazy!

  • For some reason when i try to swing the main spring housing out, it wont swing out. It only comes out about an inch. Do you have any suggestions?

  • How much did you pay for that gun? Do you know what these guns are worth?

  • Thanks brother. My 22/45 is clean and ready for the range. Thanks for your help.

  • is that the cheifs speical

  • I know that the weight of a regular Ruger Mark II is slightly more distributed past the trigger guard causing the barrel to weigh the gun down a little while holding it to fire at a target. Is the 22/45 more evenly balanced like a Glock?

  • I find the balane to be perfect for me. Target shooting is awesome with this gun. Very Accurate.

  • It felt a little barrel heavy for me when I fired it during private firearms instruction. I think it may have been because of barrel length. I think it might have been the same length or slightly longer than yours. I really liked firing this gun though. It is cheap to fire, and accurate. If I were to consider buying this model, should I get one with a shorter barrel length so it doesn't feel so barrel heavy?

  • im playing with mine atm and just holding it up and looking down the sights is surprisingly easy to hold it deadly still, i quite like the weight distribution

  • easy video thanks for the explaination of the hammer pin owners manual not so specific

  • No problem

  • Good instructions, and easy for see the video. But your audio is beyond quiet. Please consider an external mic for your camera for future instructional vids. Still thanks for the info, it helped save some time on cleaning.

  • I am going to redo the video at some point with better audio and lighting to make it easier.
