Their boot camps are structured and physically similar lasting 32 weeks long, unlike the USMC which is a meagre 20 weeks (infantry MOS). The US accepts females, the Brits and Dutch because of it's pyhsical intensity and 'Espirit de Corp', do not.

USMC, like all other militaries, train rigorously, continuously and constantly. the USMC allows women to do certain things except for infantry or spec ops. force recon/marsoc marines are about as elite as they come, more so than some dutch troop
