3/4" inch pine boards it will go all the way thru sometimes, this pistol is like a daisy 880 pump riffle in power, without all the work to get the power. pistols now are catching up to .22 rimefire pistols.
Need to dispatch some GHogs. Will the Browning Mag 800 air pistol in .22 cal with red dot sight at under 10 yrds with hunting pellets do it? If so, what .22 cal pellets would be best. Please respond...
@Cubensis2009 I'm talking about a ratio of hype to quality. Daisy doesn't make their guns for the most part anymore. They just advertise and put them under their name.
@Cubensis2009 150$ is cheap. maybe not for kids who just need plinkers, but compared to some of the stuff I'm considering for when I get my license (Canada, its a bitch, and I'm not spending that much till I can get full power) like the AA s410 (980$) or the weihrauch hw97 (about 600$), or even the stuff I own now, slavia 630 (200$) or a 2289 backpacker with all the trimmings (250$) 150$ is dead cheap.
Daisy could never come close to this. Umarex isn't as bad for hype and for the most part is telling the truth about the gun. If you compare it to a gamo item this gun can actually preform and isn't purely hype like gamo's gun
Theyre much cheaper and they dont have the same power of a firearm. Shooting in a residential area or inside, air guns are better suited. Even for hunting airguns are almost always a better choice than a .22 lr. They're more accurate and deliver a much cleaner kill on smaller game.

why would anyone get an airgun instead of a real gun
Novantii 2 years ago
because they're fun, cheap, and you can shoot em anywhere.
its like asking why buy a Ferrari when a Honda civic can also take you anywhere you want to go.
nickbownz 2 years ago 2
But the Ferrari will get you laid more often!

because you dont need a liscence they are cheap accurate up to almost 100m. kill small pests like rabbits and possums with ease. :)

lol it looks like a Walther from cod waw
iphone722 2 years ago
No it doesnt. You shouldn't compare any real gun to something from cod since cod is not realistic in the slightest.
