The simple truth remains that regardless of yours or my choice, the fact that God exists or doesn't will not change. God's existence will not change based on what I choose to believe in, so the only option for me is to believe what's most comforting.
And for me, that is to believe that there is a God, but not the one that you preach. A true gentle God that doesn't damn gays, liberals, or scientists.
